Cell service is essential. Pay phones are gone, so there isn’t a way to contact someone in the dead zones. I live in a dead zone and my child’s elementary school is in a dead zone. It scares me every day that I might miss a phone call especially because family members have medical conditions that may require swift action.

In my veterinary hospital on Maple Ave, we have clients who need cell service for various reasons and can’t get a reliable reliable signal. This can cause complications and disruptions in patient care at times. For such an affluent, influential area, lack of cell service is outrageous.

We live on Talisman drive across from Wolftrap ES. If we need to make a phone call and ensure we have service we have to get into the car and drive to a more reliable spot to make the call. Want to make an appointment by phone? Good luck if you live on our street! I’m nervous if we should have an emergency and need to call 911

I’m a remote business owner. This is killing me when I have to take a call from the road on the way to pick up my kids from school. Dropped calls dead audio constantly.

Many times on my calls the recipient cannot hear me at all. And once I’m outside the house, I have no Internet.
