Need better cell coverage for OLGC

This is a basic yet important issue in our town. Cellular service must be improved.

I have experienced several dead zones in the Vienna area. One on Park St. At Tapawingo Road. Another on Beulah Road near Church St. My neighbor, who cares for an elderly handicapped spouse, must go outside her house to use the cell phone. It’s a safety issue.
