Yes this is very frustrated when our kid cannot contact us due to no signal on her phone!

I'm so relieved to see this petition and hope this can jumpstart a fix for this problem. This affects many other businesses and homes in the area - as well as OLGC school. This is truly a safety hazzard. This problem should surely be fixed quickly.

In this day and age having no reception is a safety hazard

This is so concerning! We have been members of OLGC since '99 and now have a Grandson attending the preschool. For all affected, please address this horrible safety issue. It is completely unacceptable in this day and age, in this modern town.

Our home in SE Vienna is a dead zone, which is ridiculous for this major metropolitan area. It does create safety issues. I have had ti call 911 for a neighbor and was unable to use my cell.

Please address the mobile communication dead zone around OLGC.

Yes - this is a needed service upgrade. Constant dropped calls and dead zones along Beulah Road and in our Waverly neighborhood are both annoying and unsafe.

We are worried about cell phone reception on Beulah Road from Wolftrap Elementary to Clark’s Crossing, on the Northern side of Vienna. How is it possible for one of the top towns in Virginia to have known dead zones all throughout? It is especially concerning for areas around schools. Please help us mitigate these risks by ensuring that reception is available throughout Vienna, VA.

please improve network coverage in the area of Wolftrap/OLGC/Niblick as well as documented and known other coverage issues including Lawyers Road. It is a safety concern for the students, parishoners, and faculty at OLGC as well as residents and businesses in other poor coverage zones in Vienna. Given modern technology, this lack of coverage is easily fixable.

Overdue!

It is well-documented that reliable cell service is critical to safety, especially in schools and places of worship. Staff, students, and others on campus must have the ability to call 911 for access to first responders in the case of an emergency. In the case of an emergency, it is just not realistic to run to another area of the school to call 911. Cell phones are also critical in emergency response situations when responders have to locate individuals inside facilities or find out where there is trouble. The current infrastructure at OLGC is a public safety risk that can be addressed through improved connectivity.

Need better cell service

Our kids go to OLGC and we are parishioners at the Church; it's nearly impossible to receive and make calls from the OLGC campus. This creates both safety as well as practical communication issues for anyone who is on the OLGC campus.

There are many dead zones in the Vienna area.

Help OLGC help our community

This is a safety issue on school grounds It is also a significant issue where I live on Nicholas Circle and Adahi Rd SE.
