Cell coverage at my home, neighborhood and surrounding area is very poor. I have experienced many dropped calls, poor connections and dead zones in this area.

I can no longer hold conversations on my cell phone without the call dropping or the losing connection. The problem has gotten worse over time. If I call emergency services I have no assurance that I can be heard and if I can’t summon help, someone in my home may die before help arrives.

We have horrible cell service. To use our phones we have to stand by a window in a corner on speaker phone and hold the phone in one location to try@and get a signal.calls frequently get disconnected and it can get scary it is a nube safety issue. The fact that we live 10 minutes from Reston or Tysons Corner and we have horrible, unreliable cell service in this day and age is UNACCEPTABLE. The Town of Vienna has been 100% aware of this situation for years and has done nothing but cause delays a

We have lived in Vienna for 20 years and the cell coverage from the major providers has been pathetic so I'm happy to get behind this effort to make things better

There is no mobile coverage in our Cinnamon Creek area, Beulah Rd. or surrounding areas. We recently had a Verizon home internet outage for approximately 36 hours and had neither WiFi or cell service during that time.

It's been incredibly frustrating to not be able to access shopping apps from anywhere on Maple. So much business is done online - grocery pickup, store coupons, barcodes for returns and shipping - and to not have any service connection in "downtown" makes that virtually impossible. And all the time spent sitting at kid activities - music and art lessons, soccer practice, tutoring - with no easy way to make phone calls or access emails, makes multitasking busy family life impossible too.

Dead zones throughout route 7 and Beulah rd . 1 bar service on pennycress lane , have to drive to Faust to make and receive calls. For such a wealthy zip code with very high taxes this is unacceptable

Moved to Vienna in 1997, and since getting my first cell phone in 1999 (for work), have NEVER had adequate signal in my OWN HOME!!
