Pond House - As others have stated, promises of faster broadband for Bridle Lane / Wagon Way get continuously pushed back silently over the past two years. Having a 2-3mb broadband is a very poor service showing little consideration for us as the paying customers. Very disappointing.

BT need to stop constantly reforecasting the Cabinet 10 upgrade, pushing it back every quarter as they have the past 2 years (at least) and get the upgrade done.

I have yet to understand why there has been such a delay in providing decent broadband to our area. Every time I speak to BT the date is delayed.

I am in agreement with other residents in Bridle Lane, that it is high time the service was brought up to date.

I registered interest in BT Infinity as long ago as February 2014, at which time the estimated date for improved service was the end of 2014; it is staggering that living as close as we do to London, our broadband service is so poor.

It is disgusting that in this day and age we are held back in all our activities by such a dreadful broadband in this area.

Our internet speed is a joke, it needs to be addressed now !! BT have pushed back their Infinity launch date 3 times with no sign of anything happening soon.

Loudwater broadband is a joke. I need to transmit & receive data for my work but end up taking my laptop to my daughter's house in Cambridge or take advantage of really fast broadband in France or Singapore. Even Indonesia is faster. This is a disgrace. If Australia can roll out fast broadband across the outback do you think that we might possibly achieve something approaching that inside the M25 within the next century?

We really need fast broadband and BT having been saying for years that it is coming but have not delivered. Slow broadband hampers productivity and restricts choices available.
