This footpath is so physically difficult on it's own, add in queues for the cash machine, timpsons signs & trolleys as well as people waiting for taxis and other families going the opposite direction it's practically impossible!

I very rarely go to the glossop store as I don't like the access from car park to the store with the kids. the car park is not very well arranged and needs pavements

Very difficult to get from your car to the store and finding trolleys that allow car seats are very rare. I always ended up putting my baby into the trolley which is not ideal but the only option sometimes. Now my child is older I struggle to steer the trolley to the store and have given up with the battle and resorted to online delivery from one of your competitors!!!

I have a 3 year old boy and trying to keep the trolley under control and keep him safe from the road is hard work with the currant situation of your layout ov bollards sings road and trolley bay and taxi pick up point and the sheer amount of people going in and out

Negotiating 2 young children, a baby and a shopping trolley is a nightmare and so much so I tend to shop at Tesco Hattersley!
