Improve North Kessler Manor Electricity Reliability

please fix this. a few years ago my power was out for three days. lost alot of food a few streets south lost theirs for four please fix this

The frequency with which we lose power is appalling. Please, please fix it.

We DEFINITELY need help with power issues here in North Kessler Manor. I have always joked that when a bird farts I lose power in this neighborhood but it’s not funny anymore. Consistent power in 2020 is NOT something we should have to worry about. Constant blips of power going off and you never know if its for seconds, minutes, hours or days. VERY FRUSTRATING!

The power goes out often and for more than just a short time -- I have been considering getting a generator just to avoid losing all the food frozen, when the power goes out for 12+ hours at a time, which happens too often

I've only lived in the area for a few months and the power has already gone out more times than in the 2 years I lived at my old place

Lose power frequently for an extended period of time.

Replacing the wires would be nice, but mostly I'd like to see IPL trim the trees once in a while. I've lived here 15 years and they've NEVER trimmed the trees behind my yard, even though almost every year they send me a letter saying they're going to trim the trees. After the 2016 storm, I showed one of their linemen the branches that are sitting right on the power lines, and he told me they wouldn't trim it because it's a "secondary" line.

We lose power way too often. A strong guest is all it takes. Thank you neighborhood associated for stepping up. It's been long needed

I have only lived here one year and have experienced multiple power outages. Let’s get this fixed.

We need more reliable electric power so that we can all work and do school from home. I’m also concerned how unreliable power will potentially impact property values. We pay the same as our neighbors across the street who maintain power in storms, so we should enjoy the same reliability.
