Improve North Kessler Manor Electricity Reliability

My wife is on an oxygen concentrator 24/7 now. It is frightening when we have to go to limited time battery back up when electrical power is lost.

I lose power every storm or moderate wind.

We all lose power every time the wind blows! I'm going to look into solar panels if this doesn't get rectified and I'll be encouraging my neighbors to do the same.

The outages our neighborhood experiences have been increasing in frequency and duration over the past 2 years we have lived in North Kessler Manor. This is having a negative impact on our ability to work, increasing our grocery bill due to lost food, and overall not the quality of service IPL should be proud of.

My elderly father lives in this neighborhood and not only are these outages inconvenient, they’re a hazard to his health.

I have lived in this neighborhood over 30 years and never experienced this level of outages. What is happening to us is unacceptable. IPL is better than this.

Electric is not reliable at 2428 McLeay during a rain storm.

Due to the number of power outtages in the neighborhood in the last couple years, we actually bought a gas powered generator because we were losing food because of extended outtages and the frequency of them.

Reliable power from our provider is especially crucial at a time when many of us in the neighborhood have kids who’s only option for public school right now is online or are required to be working from home.

We have lived in this neighborhood since 1963. In the early and middle years we rarely suffered from power outages. In the last few years we have experienced more outages than in all the other years combined.
