Improve North Kessler Manor Electricity Reliability

Power just went out. Watched the transformer blow.

This is very much needed. We lose power more than is acceptable.

Yes..I agree..We should not be without Electricity when the wind blows..

We have a pole behind our house that always has problems. IPL workers said they will never fix it when we asked. Pole rocks during storms and box has blown severalmtimes... p.s. we have had harsh winters without power for 5 days or more before in this neighborhood.

There was one time in July 2018 where we had to unload our fridge into a cooler. We have them often and they are lengthy

I use Oxygen 24/7 and I only have a few back-up batteries

Please fix the problem.

An upgrade is long overdue.

Please, if possible, do something to correct this.

Its has really been an inconvenience to have the electricity fail so often and sometimes for no apparent reason.

Power outages have become worse since the days-long outage September 2016. Unacceptable.

Every couple months there is a power outage. Please improve the reliability!

This is such a sore spot for the neighborhood. Absolutely, I would love for this to be upgraded.

I work from home - not just since CoVid but always - and this creates big problems

One of the power outages caused severe flooding in my basement due to my sump pump not being to run. It caused thousands of dollars if damage. I did get a battery back up sump pump after that.

It is indeed very frustrating to experience power outages as frequently as we do in North Kessler Manor. We moved to this neighborhood six years ago and have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of spoiled groceries due to long power outages. We’ve even considered selling our house and moving because of the unreliable electricity here!

We have brown outs several times a year, and storms constantly knock us out for several hours at a time. Please look at this neighborhood.

Our power grid is way outdated. Probably the worst part about this neighborhood.
