We have had a roster procedural amendment imposed upon us following a decision taken by the Company Council Representatives. I hereby call upon the CC reps to seek an alternative solution over their concerns with the roster department and request that the roster procedure reverts back to the previous method. (electronically emailed out on a Wednesday each week)

The Company Council thinks they can ignore us but this surge of support proves they are dead wrong. We have real momentum now so keep the pressure on until they scrap this disastrous roster change.

My objection is I was not consulted regarding this change by any union rep before it was implemented therefore I had no choice regarding the above...If I would have had a choice it would have been a clear NO to this change.
as I am rdr sometimes I cannot get to my home station. and if I get the wrong information on the phone I will be held responsible for any errors
this is making our jobs a lot harder to plan as gpr for keys etc also for planning social life to ie swaps
This needs to be put back on for swaps and keys for staff who are picking up and dropping daily And we are able to keep stations open which is of high importance This should of been taken to the vote in the 1st place
Unfair and makes swapping shifts a lot harder, it's beneficial to see what colleagues are working making the job as flexiable as possible. It saves a hell of a lot of hassle

Accessing the roster on line, and seeing who is where and when, makes it easier for me as GPR to collect and drop keys, as I prefer to collect them the day before if I am on an early turn.
