This judge, clearly is in the wrong profession and needs to be removed so mistakes as grave as this can be learned from and better handled in the future, there is no room for biased justice!!

Felt threatened due to someone complaining about her? Okay, that's fine. Called the sheriff to investigate it? Sure, it's stupid, but I can see that. Sheriff finds no evidence, but he's still locked up? Yeah, no.

This is absolutely shameful, and a stain on the criminal justice system. Judge Rancilio has shown a significant lack of respect for Her position and thusly cannot be trusted to hold such power over the lives of others. Her negligence has gotten a child killed and a man wrongfully imprisoned.

Sexist judge rules in favor of woman, because she is one. Son gets killed, father is rightfully upset, and so judge has him arrested for criticism. She deserves jail time as far as I'm concerned.
