We the people of the United States of America put forth on this day December 13, 2012 the declaration of the American Constitution in that the said person Speaker of the United States House of Representatives John Boehner, should be impeached. The reasons given are John Boehner has purposefully stalled the 2012 Farm Bill and caused hardship for farmers in the Midwest, including states of Illinois, Ohio, and Nebraska, and in the west California. Representative John Boehner is not in representation of the majority of the American People, instead he is in representation of a minority of a group who is in the process of destroying the infrastructure of this great nation, and it's economical potential by allocating tax money to certain elite groups and intentionally stalling bills and laws that could help the American people. It is with great forethought that I am writing this as an American who has taken the oath to § 502. Enlistment Oath ( Enlistment Oath.— Each person enlisting in an armed force shall take the following oath:) "I, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." Therefore it is my duty to impeach those persons or person who may with ill intention have a devastating impact on this great nation and intentionally cause great harm.
