Demand For The Immediate Investigation And The Impeachment Of Barack Hussein Obama-Soetoro, President Of The United States Of America

ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT OF PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA:

BE IT RESOLVED, That Barack Hussein Obama or any aliases by which he has employed, as President of the United States or otherwise, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment are to be exhibited to the Senate:

ARTICLE OF IMPEACHMENT EXHIBITED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN THE NAME OF ITSELF AND OF ALL OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AGAINST BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, OR OTHERWISE KNOWN BY OTHER ALIASES, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF ITS IMPEACHMENT AGAINST HIM FOR HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS IN USURPING THE EXCLUSIVE PREROGATIVE OF CONGRESS TO COMMENCE WAR UNDER ARTICLE 1, SECTION 8, CLAUSE 11 OF THE CONSTITUTION AND OTHER IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, EVERY STATE WITHIN THE UNION AND EVERY SOVEREIGN CITIZEN THEREIN, TO WIT:

ARTICLE I

In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation and with willful forethought, breached his constitutional oath, to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States and in violation of his constitutional duty, responsibilities and powers, to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has usurped the exclusive power of Congress to initiate war under Article I, section 8, clause 11 of the United States Constitution by unilaterally commencing war against the Republic of Libya on March 19, 2011, declaring that Congress is powerless to constrain his conduct of the war, and claiming authority in the future to commence war unilaterally to advance whatever he ordains is in the national interest and the cover-up of the slaughter and murder of 4 (four) Americans. By such actions, has mocked the rule of law, endangered the very existence of the Republic and the liberties of the people, and perpetrated an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor, and

ARTICLE II

It is further charged that Barrack Hussein Obama, acting as President of the United States of America, did willfully and with forethought, violated his oath of office by the intentional circumvention of the Congress of the United States, by violating Article II Sec. 2 of the United States Constitution by making unlawful Recess Appointments, thus such actions clearly were made in violation as to the Separation of Powers and by such actions, declaring contempt for the rule of law and the authority of Congress, thus mocking both the Constitution, rule of law and the separation of powers and in so doing, perpetrated an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor, and

ARTICLE III

It is further charged that Barrack Hussein Obama, acting as President of the United States of America, did willfully and with forethought, violated his oath of office by the intentional circumvention of the Congress of the United States, by the taking unto himself, powers that are reserved for the Congress of the United States, those Presidential powers that are not found or authorized by the Constitution of the Unites States of America, that he used in his unlawful and unwarranted personal involvement in a private sector corporation and by doing so, and by what methods he employed, disenfranchised both Investors and Taxpayers and in favor of his political donors, and by such actions, declaring contempt for the rule of law and the authority of Congress, thus mocking both the Constitution, rule of law and the separation of powers and in so doing, perpetrated an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor, and

ARTICLE IV

It is further charged that Barrack Hussein Obama, acting as President of the United States of America, did willfully and with forethought, violated his oath of office by the intentional circumvention of the Constitution of the United States, and of the Congress, by the taking unto himself, powers that are forbidden in Article I, Section 9., towit: “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”, did in fact embrace and accept the title and powers of a foreign state, as both the President of the united States and at the same time, and concurrently “United Nations Security Council Chairman”, declaring contempt for the rule of law and the authority of Congress, thus mocking both the Constitution, rule of law and the separation of powers and in so doing, perpetrated an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor, and

The Petition

When in the course of human events we are confronted with a President that is intent on destroying the wealth, economy, stability, safety, security and the willful violation of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, the laws of the land and the very sovereignty of the people, our state and or nation, we have no other choice but to act and demand his immediate impeachment. I, therefore by my name hereunder, demand the immediate impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama-Soetoro, as his acts as singular or in totality, constitutes a substantial actions which are “subversive of constitutional government.”
