Jason Miyares made a campaign promise to uphold conservative values and defend the Constitution. He ran on the platform that covid mandates were wrong and unconstitutional. Matt Strickland was stripped of his ABC license at Gourmeltz by the prior administration for not following covid mandates and standing for the Constitution. Mr. Miyares assured Matt that, if he won the AG race, these overreaching unconstitutional charges against his restaurant would be dismissed.
However, as of June 4th, 2022, there is a court case scheduled for July 1, 2022 regarding this matter. Jason Miyares is now the AG and is still prosecuting Matt Strickland for not following covid mandates. Join us in holding Mr. Miyares to his campaign promise and ending this ridiculous persecution of a Virginian and an American who simply wants to operate his business and provide for his family and his loyal customers.

I worked hard to get AG Miyares elected, so he could make things like this, right. Drop this case and leave this restaurant owner alone.
Matt Strickland is a Patriot who's fight for Freedom is a stand every American must take very seriously. This attorney general made a campaign promise to ALL of us. We MUST hold him to that promise and demand he demonstrate it with action. Politicians must be held accountable.
I've never felt unsafe dining or drinking at Gourmelts before, during and after this pandemic. My husband and I have finally found a place close to home to get away from our kids and just be adults for a minute. We love this place!
Restore Gourmeltz ABC license. The courts have already determined Gourmeltz was never a ‘health’ threat to the community. Detroyed lives, livelihoods, and the world economy in the named of political ‘science’ should be rectified and never repeated again.
Stand and DO what you ran on. Protect WE THE PEOPLE who voted for you and this administration. Fulfill your word as spoken to Matt when you told him you would uphold his Constitutional Rights and the rights of all your constituents.
Leave this American Patriot alone. You will not win!
This case needs to go away and let this family keep their restaurant open period. There are far better ways to spend taxpayer money than what has been chased after with this family.

Enough is enough. The mandates were pure government overreach and veteran owned gourmeltz didn’t break any laws.
