This is awful!! Thankfully my child does not attend this school but I feel for my nieces and nephews that do. This place should rid themselves of these charter schools and the chaos that comes with it and go back to just maintaining Pegusus HS like they did in the 90's when I attended. The athletics portion hit me hard as I did play sports at IHS 92-95 and to have to share the space with so many other teams would have been frustrating! Change needs to happen!!!

I got kicked out of the parking lot by the big gym because they said its reserve for the charter school while the theater parking lot is already full by the time I get to school, where do the school want me to park my car?? Out of campus? Since I can't park in the parking lot by the big gym, I find this unfair and this is my school and I should have the right to park my car on campus

There are enough students at IHS alone without adding the charter schools. Fix these problems and prevent further ones.

As an alumni of IHS I am appalled that the students and teachers have been pushed out of their campus to accommodate Charter Schools.

NO. NO MORE ADDING ANOTHER SCHOOL TO INDEPENDENCE. Independence highschool is already crowded and we 76ers want our classroom to be equal also. Don't add anymore, 3 is already enough, but 4? You are going way too far. Don't put more pressure on us 76ers, the other school are stealing our favorite food. It freaking sucks, because you guys are giving them the good food while you are giving us cheap and low quality lunch food. We actual have to spend our money to get lunch. You people are putting more stress on our teachers and students. So make up your mind and stop putting another school to fit in.

I think just having 3 charter schools here and taking our back building for our science classes are enough. We don't need another one yet another building part of our school taken away from us. It affects us Sixers academically for booking their event in the commons and physically due to its crowdedness.

Please fence or remove one of the charter's school. As a former graduate from the high school, I enjoyed being here ..It is unbelievable that the school is combined with 3 other schools make me frustrated.. No students would like to share their school with three other schools and attend class in such environment; to add on, the frustration for parents and students driving for drop off and pickup is probably even beyond what I can imagine. High school should be a fun experience , not somewhere where students have to deal with impacted students from other schools. Even Piedmont high school would reject students from entering or from bad records, why can't Independence be able to do the same.

IHS was bad when I was there 20+ years ago. The school should not have to share with all these other schools. IHS is crowded enough!

It is never safe to have so many students on campus, more than can be kept safe. That is reality. Independence HS should NOT be shared with other charter schools.
