Cultural differences, this is allowed in Australian culture and would not have raised an eyebrow not that long ago, he did not fiddle with little kids whom the legal system lets off under the same.
Keep up the good work mate because your government will request you to perform some horrible stuff to fix their stuff ups.

It is ridiculous we are having to support our own soldiers in petty issues for doing exactly what Australia wants from them; total commitment and personal sacrifice.
