This is such a ridiculous charge on a serving member of our armed forces who is in training, and carrying a chunk of metal to represent the weight of his training regime. If anything, his employer should be to blame

This is a bloody media circus, there used to be a time not so long ago when seeing men training outside work hours and during was a common sight through the streets of Enoggera and alderly!. It would seem, due this latest apparent public outcry or cops not having the balls to let it go or make a realistic decision that those days will now become a thing of the past???. What the Fuck is really going on here???. From an Ex Soldier who was posted to Galipoli Bks Enoggera for over 4years.

He has done nothing wrong, but should have painted his training tool RED. Just the un-educated public over-reacting and the media beating it up!!!

This is how dedicated individuals train for real life scenarios, not always in an air conditioned gymnasiums. What good is that when faced with the reality of war?

Police should charge the person who made a false report of a gunman running around, instead of trying to out stupid that person by charging the individual doing a bit of pt
