He is the type of soldier that the CDF and CA pat on the back for his AIRN status and his effectiveness! (Due to this mans high standards). Where are these same LEADERS who are facilitating this rubbish and allowing the judicial system to let this drag on? Shame on the ADF SENIOR LEADERS, for not backing one of their own! The unwarranted/unwanted focus that this young man has and still endures, may just have him say f*ck it, try my best and this happens.....a bad loss for the Army if he decided to discharge. To that end, back your men and women up for doing the right thing! F*cking disgraceful.....Let's wait and see if he will be awarded an admin warning, or a charge of 'prejudicial conduct' which is likely to prejudice the discipline of, or bring discredit on, the Defence Force........

This is ridiculous. If he doesn't get off the magistrate should lose their job. No faith in them to deliver correct justice.

this is the most stupid thing I have seen happen. We have trained like this for years in this area in the same fashion all the people in the area know this and a big chunk of the police force are reservist from the same barracks, shame on them for not standing up in defence of this young soldier.
