I'm absolutely disgusted by how this soldier is being thrown under the bus by defence leadership and by the Australian media for their horrific portrayal of this man. Furthermore I am also disgusted by the australian justice system for not having thrown this case out calling it a giant waste of taxpayer money. It's absolutely disgusting.

The Queensland police should have used common sense and know that soldiers conduct addition training in their own time. The judge also needs to use better judgement in regards to these matters and this soldier should not have been treated in this fashion. These coppers and judge are bloody idiots, and they lack judgement with their decisions in these matter. Hang your heads in shame.
