This should not have gotten to the stage of a court appearance much less him being arrested and charged by QLD police.
It is worrying that the magistrate did not see this for the farce that it is and dismiss the case.

He signed up ready to pay the ultimate sacrifice for his country. He was training for his mates, the Army and his country. It was not a replica weapon. He had no intention of causing fear in the public. The Magistrate, Police and bystander over reaction is farcical. Soldiers train to win.
