I hope he wasn't making pew,pew, pew noises or he could be charged with it being loaded as well. What sort of system do we have when murderers get reduced sentences but our ADF cannot train in public with a bit of metal in had. His training helps him protect your freedom. For shame police, judicial system and government for letting this happen.

Absolutely disgraceful. The justice system does not need to justify the over reaction of QLD Police by dragging this man through the coals. And put the media on a leash, the coverage of this fueled the fire. The man was simply training. No threat to anybody. End of story.
