Thank you for maintaining the height restriction. The zoning of 150-200 feet is incompatible with the character of the neighborhods and unfairly targets owners of older homes and retail businesses whose property values and quality of life are injured by buildings at 150-200 feet in height. The rights of people living and working in 1-3 story properties are equal to the rights of those planning to develop new properties.

This is Mandatory, we are all tired of the developers determining the character of OUR neighborhoods.

Keep the Interim Height Limit in place until the Community Plan Update is completed.

The current plan is ineffective and does not reflect the wishes of Uptown residents, property owners and businesses.

The congestion in this area is already taking away the charm of this eclectic neighborhood - please consider the longterm harm done when neighborhoods become too congested to enjoy.

Keep our older neighborhoods people-scale and in the hands of the people who live there.

If you want to build high, go downtown. This is a residential community.

I've lived in this neighborhood for 36 years. Let's keep the quality of life, no need for buildings that overwhelm the local architecture.

I have owned a home and lived in Hillcrest for over 30 years. The current density and traffic problems along with the lack of parking in Hillcrest/Mission Hills will only be exacerbated by allowing an increase in the building height. I strongly support the continuation of the existing building height restriction to preserve our community.

Let's keep our low buildings, we are dense enough.

We cannot deal with the current residents we have now, and you want to allow more, we need to also limit the cars from the employees from UCSD parking in Hillcrest , that crap hole medical center needs to give their employees their own parking. Thank you town council for action
