Would anyone, specifically residents of International Falls, impacted by the recent enforcement of the City of International Falls Sec. 9-20 Ordinance "Calendar Parking" be interested in signing a petition to be presented before the City Council? The petition would be to propose amending Sec. 9-20 "Calendar Parking" to either of the following or both:
1.) Be in effect from November 15th through March 15th only
2.) Be in effect from 12AM through 6AM only
3.) Both 1 & 2 above
