If you're going to change the name of Lee High School, change it to Popovich High!

I have to agree this man is a role model for all youth.

He would be a great role model for all kids in San Antonio!

A certain upgrade in terms of a person in whom a school could take genuine pride rather than the increasing shame of honoring a terrorist traitor who orchestrated the death of thousands of patriotic and loyal American servicemen.

Gregg Popovich has not only successfully transferred the culture of basketball in San Antonio to a team-first winning franchise, but he has also consistently demonstrated a state of mind and life perspective that we should all strive to include in our own lives.

Make it happen! Don't want to change it, but if we must, then why not this?!

I strongly urge the Northeast Board of Regents to produce a backbone; align with common sense and preserve the name of a great American and true patriot...leave Robert E. Lee as is. Should the Board also change the name of Churchill due to the fact that he is a representation of England...a country that went to war against a fledgling nation?

Sorry, i was saying : " Please do go ahead and proceed with this plan REGARDLESS of what Pop says regarding it. Pop objects to the idea, thats Pop being the humblest man that he is, wouldnt take any recognition for himself, as always. The man deserved this, period. That and, future American youth deserves this.

Hi, i come from South East Asia, Malaysia to be exact. I have watched, monitored closely the last 15yeard or so, the San Antonio Spurs and namely, the great Mr Greggg Popovich. The way they, he conducts themselves, himself on screen and off it, is just honourable. It is fine with class ,dignity, respect and most of all, Kindness. I may may not be on the inside fr The United States of America to say this, i may not be , as an american citizen , in best position to say this... But honest to God, i have observed closely and personally , seeing as Psychology and Humanity teachings are my interests, sports aside, the manners, preachings, worh ethic, and daily etiqutte of The Pop , yes fr afar, but it did inspire me and made me so highly admired and respectful of Pop. Perhaps this here isnt where i should lay it all out the predicaments as to why im still here longing, for so much so, to go live in my best country in the world The USA...
