Long overdue. My wife and I went through hell with scheduling and it put so much strain on us financially.
Yes please. It is a medical proceedure not a holiday.
This is so needed. I lost so much pay having to take days off for ivf appointments and it just makes an already stressful time even worse.
My wife had to lie about why she was off to avoid issues at work. This would help so many couples.
Been there. My employer was so cold about it. Nobody should have to choose between their job and trying to start a family.

Ridiculous that we have to burn all our vacation time just to go to medical appointments. Bosses need to be more understanding.
