the animal rescue guys are run off their feet with no help from the govt. its pathetic.
bout time. 100 years is way to long to wait for decency.
Too many people get away with pure evil because the laws are weak. Fix it now.
MY HEART BREAKS EVERY SINGLE DAY SEEING THE STATE OF SOME OF THESE HORSES. DO SOMETHING.
it is a total disgrace that these laws are from 1911. ireland needs to get with the times and protect these poor creatures.

so many horses are treated like dirt around here. sick of seeing it. change the law already.
