We need places to consume responsibly. Shutting down iBake Denver is forcing consumers to partake in public areas or while driving because they have no legal place to consume besides their home. What about those visiting who can't smoke in their hotel rooms legally?

Without a place to gather and be social, where do you (Adam's County) expect people to go? If you closed down all of the alcohol bars, what would happen? People wouldn't just slump back to their homes and drink in privacy, they find other, less legal alternatives.
The cannabis community has spent too many years hiding in our homes. All we are asking for is a place to gather and socialize while consuming cannabis. By disallowing smokin at iBake Denver, not only will you be putting stress on the cannabis consumers who are your constituents, but you will also place a strain on the county. Do you think the large number of people visiting iBake Denver, and subsequently using Adams County businesses, will continue to even know your county exists?
We will continue to gather socially, to consume. You can be on the right side of history and stand up with our movement, or you can continue to portray yourself as a decrepit, outdated governmental body. I strongly encourage the former.

This company should be grandfathered in if there have been zoning changes since its inception. If there have not been zoning changes there should be no problem allowing them to remain where they have been for over three years.
