Oklahoma's children,
schools and communities cannot afford another four years with Janet Costello Barresi as the State Superintendent.
Her lack of support and
understanding for public education has resulted in additional and unfair
high-stakes testing, botched testing procedures, little to no input allowed
from parents and educators, little to no transparency and accountability at the
State Department of Education, and the biggest cuts to Oklahoma education funding in the country. Our children deserve an advocate for education, for their future.
On June 24, voters will
decide which Republican and Democrat State Superintendent candidates will
proceed to the November general election. There can only be one from each party. We have options and we must make our votes count.
tired of the constant funding cuts and the stress on our staff. we need a change this june.
