Switched off after 2 days of Moyes and his knobbish sidekick. Bring back the old xfm, the station that shaped my music taste and introduced me to the k man pilkers

I cannot stand Chris Moyles and my journeys to and from work have been absolutely ruined by "Radio X". XFM was the only radio station that played the music I love and didn't play chart music. Now, they talk to much, make the exact same jokes on a daily basis and whenever I do hear a song, it is always muse! Want XFM back now!!!!

Cant believe the new line ups. They have nothing to do with what XFM was all about. Cant see myself listening to any of the "new" old DJs. Bye bye.

Great idea. Hate the rebrand and, can't stand that knob Moyles or the other ' personalities' How to murder a perfectly good radio station and turn it into Capital FM with guitars.

I was at Finsbury Park. I've listened since the test transmissions. I suspect this is going to be the end. What do any of the new line up know about rock and guitar music?? They were all on R1 and Capital which are pop music stations! What's happening to Ian Camfield and John Kennedy?? Radio6 may be about to gain a lot of new listeners. This is an awful decision.

Very wrong decision. I think they will come to regret taht as they lose the current listenership and struggle to build a new one. IF the new listeners are coming just for Moyles then they will turn off once he has finished becasue they do not want the music even if it is made more middle of the road than it has been lately (if that were possible)

Completely ridiculous decision, as evinced by the comments on XFMs own page. The appalling 'celeb' DJs who have no interest in the type of music you're known for are one thing, the 'just for blokes' is another - even your male listeners think this isn't on. I'm female, therefore I have to listen to One Direction or something?? Laughable, sexist and really sad. Hope you reverse this decision.

XFM is awesome as it is - leave it alone Global! It was the antidote to soulless radio personalities and their massive egos and now they are taking over. XFM has been my staple radio diet for years and now I am being forced to find a new station as Radio X, like a popular chocolate bar, is "not for girls". Massive step backwards!

Couldn't have put it better myself! Can't imagine I will ever hear "I am the resurrection" in full on the radio ever again. Ultimately it's the music that will suffer, The 21st of September is the day the alternative music died.
