This should be a no-brainer! Rebuild the community with a great employer. Robbinsdale needs a nice grocery store. My husband works in Robbinsdale and my child is in school/daycare there. It would be awesome. Unfortunately no one has cared for the Terrace Theatre for a long time and it shows and now is not salvageable.

Robbinsdale needs a grocery store. The redevelopment site is an eyesore and a blight to our community. I would be delighted to see a Hy-Vee store on that site and would shop there regularly.

I am in the Skilled Trades and have worked on two HyVees in the Metro aera. Bring one here and put people to work building it and working there when the store opens.

I support redevelopment of the Terrace Theater/Rainbow site that is currently a vacant eyesore. I think that a grocery store would be a positive addition to our community and will add to the livability in our area.
