Social Worker from the NPO were promised by the department of Social Development to employe them where there are post but not they are advertising post instead of hiring them
I would like de department of socail development to absorb socail workers before 2027 financially year comers, I believe that the justice in that context would serve I been serving the NPO for 9 years now
I'm signing because permanent employement ensures the stability and professional integrity of the social work sector in KZN.
I am also one of the professional social worker who was employed by dsd, i also take initiative to get the lawyer to sssist us as social workers, i feel we are same as unemployed social workers.
A concern employee about the difficulties of working in the NPO where they are no resources, no benefits, no growth

I'm against my working condition the department of social development failed We on contract for more than 8years with no benefits it's a lot salaries not paid on time there is lot of exploitation to Socia Workers in NPO sector it's enough we need permanent posts. Thank you
