-I support the Bentivolio Amendment (H.J.Res. 27) to prohibit the federal government from using the power of taxation to compel someone to engage in commercial activity; and -I encourage my Congressman to support the Bentivolio Amendment; and -I ask for the House of Representatives, without further delay, to take up H.J.Res 27 for a vote; Amendment text: The Congress shall not have the power to lay and collect taxes in order to compel any person or persons to engage in commercial activity, nor shall Congress have the power to lay and collect taxes from any person or persons for a failure to engage in any form of commercial activity.
