We need clarity once and for all to end this ridiculous abuse by these small town bullies!

This case, from the video, appears to be nothing more than harassment of a legal gun owner. And since when does owning a scanner constitute intent to commit a crime?!? I know a lot of people who own scanners and "HAM radios". This just makes the BKPD (especially the guy at the desk) look like smart-alleck bullies.

The BKPD need to be held accountable for wrongful arrest, and this judge needs to be removed from the bench for failure to uphold the law!

This conviction shows the stupidity and arrogance of some "elected" officials. Good luck Mr. Chambliss.

Leave the man be. The police chief of Bald Knob is a crook, and the judge as well

This man was polite and co-operative. He was charged for nothing it seems. It also seems the locals were much more offended by his having a scanner than anything else if one watches the arrest video. Drop this, and let this man go home.

Please sign to show your support for ACT 746 and Richard. An injustice was committed in Bald Knob. ACT 746 is the law. I also believe besides ACT 746 not being allowed, the 1st amendment was not allowed. Stand up for our rights!

I think Arkansas ( mainly White Co.) PD's need to learn the laws before they try to put people in jail.
