They have to prove that he intends harm and he didn't intend anything other than legally carrying a firearm... It's sad that we are having to fight for a constitutional right...

Mr. Chambless was WELL within his right to carry a gun and he is being ILLEGALLY imprisoned and fined. This is outrageous!!!

Please step in and help the citizens in AR who are exercising their right to open carry or conceal carry without a permit.
We are struggling to get LEO (ASP and others) to recognize out right to carry.
5-73-120 changes are being ignored. Especially noticeable in the Richard Chambliss case in Bald Knob yesterday, where the judge totally ignored section 2 (a).

I'm an attorney and I've researched this issue extensively. Carrying a firearm appears to clearly be legal in Arkansas.

This is a miss carriage of justice that needs to be fixed. This Judge should be disbarred and explain the law does not include your feelings.

2nd Amendment is all Americans need to carry open or concealed and is not superceded by Bald Knob sheriff's office!
