I don't understand the confusion. If Arkansas has Constitutional Carry, that is a pretty clear statement that anyone involved with the law should be able to see.

This man obviously by proof in the video was only carrying the gun, had no intent to discharge . Was only carrying it for protection in case of attack by another human being which didn't happen. He didn't even use it when being harassed by the police. That should prove to you this man was no threat to society.

Richard and the citizens of this state deserve justice. The constitution is supreme law of the land. We are experiencing unconstitutional infringements on it daily and it is time for justice.

We need a decision/ clarification regarding Act 746.
We should have already received one. Everyone is wanting to know why this has/ is taking so long. This issue is NOT going away.

The 2nd amendment is clear.
Act 746 has brought the "Law" back in line to be constitutional. Hence Constitutional Carry. Ms. AG, it's time for you tostop these agencies from harrasing the good people of our state.
