This officer has gone through enough. This trial was waste of people's time and the tax payers money. Do not retry this officer.

I petition that you do not retry Officer Kerrick, the jury was 8 to 4 , please do not persecute the officer for doing his job. This officer and family has suffered for over two years, please do not prolong this suffering. Justice has been served with the majority vote of the jury.

I feel this has gone too far. When will people take responsibility for their actions. When an officer gives a command follow orders until the situation is accessed and other action is taken. Blacks are doing so many shootings pretty soon we will have no protection no one will be an officer.

Justice doesn't mean conviction, just a fair trial. It was done.

Are we going to keep trying the case until they get a guilty verdict? Eight of twelve jurors were voting not guilty. We need to move forward

I think a retrial is a waste of taxpayer money. He was only doing his job.

No one could make the decision he had to make at the time and come out alive. My thoughts he done all he could do

i believe that Officer Kerrick has been through enough and that he did nothing wrong. He was doing his job and he was the one in danger! My prayers are with the Kerrick family!

There is no justification for an expensive and time consuming retrial. If there is a diverse jury the result will be the same. The minority will never be satisfied or let the issue end.
