No re-trial needed....result will be the same, or better yet not guilty, which it should have been today. Enough taxpayer money has been spent and Officer Kerrick has been through enough.

I believe Officer Kerrick has been unjustly charged in this case and that all charges against him should be immediately dropped. Former Police Chief Rodney Moore was rash in his decision to fire Kerrick and I feel his position on the force should be reinstated.
