Police officers are forced to make life altering decisions and Officer Kerrick made the best choice for the situation. Evidence shows that Ferrell disobeyed commands. Had he followed them we would not be having this trial.

The first grand juries finding should have been the end of this. But instead the attorney general has attempted to utilize his office and the unnecessary spending of thousands of taxpayer dollars for his own political gain. Please let this madness end. There is no jury that will vote unanimously to convict based on the evidence.
