I support Melbourne Drift Trikes i am a parent withfamily particapating on a regular basis we have also been involved in various events held.There has been a lot of commitment from people involved including forming a inc club with there own rules and guide lines liabilaty insurance.When i first went to where they slide i could not believe the state of the area the drift trike family has had several working bees and cleaned up the litter and rubbish left by other people making the area safe and tidy. I ask the shire to consider on behalf of my family and the drift trike familywould you prefer your family members to involved in a very well organised club with zero tolerance to drugs,alchol vandalisim,violence accepts all people which are loked after and mentored as if they are part of there own family.Through my involvement throught this group and being a parent i am very impressed how every one is treated equal and they are always more than happy to devoted there time and effort to help anyone who requires help.I believe this is exellent way for youth to particapate in a sport they love keeping them active and fit and becoming involved in there community.

I have seem these people having an absolute ball... it is so rare now days to see adults and kids outside enjoying themselves not hurting anyone they need support and encouragement not shut down!!

Live on the other side of the hill, have no issues with this I think that it's good that the area is been put to use I a good way, if no one was using this area I believe it would invite use of the area by other not so nice and caring people of the community!!
