I support this plan but I strongly encourage CMS to delay implementation until after the new elementary proposal has shown proven success.

Strongly support this as THE plan to address the goals of CMS at Sedgefield ES and Sedgefield Middle School! Spread the incentive to invest time and funds, across a broader group.

Fully support this plan but I feel like we should delay the implementation of this piece while we focus on making Sedgefield Elementary a great school. Hard to do it all at the same time!
