As a college student, we as a nation cannot expect greatness from our students if they are not given a chance. In order to shape their futures, we must contribute to their education. Success cannot come when corners are cut. Put in the same to our students that you want to get out of them. Remember, these are the future doctors, lawyers, Presidents...

A voucher program will only weaken our underfunded schools. Every child is entitled to by law an adequate public education. Our legislature is breaking their own laws. We will never attract new business if we can't provide them a decently educated work force.

My kids and the other kids of MS deserve not to be treated like this by adults. They all deserve a fair shake to start their lives with a fully funded education in this state.

It's time for our state to make education a priority — not just for the few but for the many.
