The legislature needs to fully fund MAEP, as the law states. Do not fund vouchers, which would weaken our public schools.

Please fully fund our public schools. Do not send any of my tax payers money to private and charter schools. Also, if a person wants to home school their child and they are capable...fine, but no money from tax payers should be sent to them. I'm totally against vouchers.

Our public schools have been chronically underfunded for decades. I adamantly oppose the legislature's proposal to send our tax dollars to private schools or homeschoolers while our children in traditional public schools go without the resources they deserve and were promised.

Fully funding MIssissippi Schools gives all MIssissippians a better chance at making an honest wage, putting more skilled workers in the area, and maybe, just maybe getting more businesses to move to MIssissippi. Once there is an educated work force. You really need to consider putting the public funds back into public education. thank you

As a former resident (1993-2011) of MS, a member of higher education, and a school psychologists, I support full funding for MS public schools. There should never be a question regarding providing what should be the very basic resources for the students and those who educate them.

All legislatures need to go into public schools in their district to sit with principals and teachers to see their struggles. They need see the real need with their own eyes!

Funding public schools is long overdue (even illegally overdue), and it's time the legislature quit looking for escape routes for their responsibility for providing a future for the children of this state! Fully fund public schools!

It is imperative for the future of Mississippi that we fully fund education. Mississippi can choose to continue to stay on the bottom or like cream, rise to the top. The choice is yours.

How can education for *all* of our children not be of the highest priority for our state? Please just fund the schools adequately and stop messing around with vouchers. They don't provide true choice or opportunity except for a few.
