I believe we all have the freedom of religion. Why is it when another religion does something, we don't bash them, but when a Christian does it, it's all the sudden wrong? Lame!

A school district letter reportedly says that district employees may not "indirectly encourage students to engage in religious activity (or discourage them from doing so)". Thus, every employee who does not overtly pray must be suspended for indirectly discouraging student from engaging in religious activity.

It seems the educators need to study history & use some critical thinking, i.e., the 1st Amendment did not give us religious freedom -God did!! The 1st Amendment is a guarantee from the government to protect that right.

The US Constitution gives the right to citizens to express themselves freely. This means smiling, hugging, clapping, and praying at football games. None of these expressions may be taken away employee or not.

I am signing this petition for many reasons, including a deep desire that this society would begin to acknowledge and promote the normalcy of contrasting differences between individuals, groups and institutions, and would therefore begin to teach our young people how to respectfully state their own values and beliefs, and listen to the differing values and beliefs of others, and, in the meantime teach them how to peaceably coexist.

We urge that Coach Joe Kennedy be reinstated and allowed to pray on the field
following games. This is a God-given right. He is not forcing faith on anyone. Jerry & Alice

The school district actually believes that religion is against the constitution? How stupid.

If Muslims AND Jihadists can PUBLICLY express their support of THEIR religion in the USA, then so can Coach Joe Kennedy, and anyone else! IMMEDIATELY FIRE THE SCHOOL PERSONNEL AND/OR SUPERVISORS AND/OR SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS THAT PUT THIS RIDICULOUS ASININE POLICY POLICY IN PLACE!!!!
