I just read this again and now I am confused between the CDD, St. Joe, and HOA. Is there supposed to be meeting about this?

St. Joe has misrepresented their promises of a second pool for years. I'm surprised no one has initiated a lawsuit of fraud based on these false promises. The lazy river idea is a good one, good luck with that.

I love the idea of being unique, and I especially love the idea of increasing the value of our neighborhood. Plus it would just be so much fun to do on the weekends!
