Great idea! But I need to know more regarding due diligence. Is there an upcoming meeting to formally discuss this? When/where? Will it be an HOA or. CDD meeting? Please reply or post on the FB page.
I guess my first question would be is the $100/y increase in assessment based current number of homes, total built out (including mixed use plans for town center), or just the people who currently PAY their HOA dues.
