Is this something that would be for Southwood residents only or open to the tallahassee community?

I would love to see this happen. The pool now is over crowded and seeing something different would be a great thing for the Southwood community. We live in a great area and I believe this would help put it over the top.

Please consider that the lazy river pool (whatever that is) would require real money albeit our currency really is property of China. Ok, so after thinking about chinese "dollars," please post a financially sound response vs Totes Increds!
This is a great idea! I imagine you'll be hiring 10-12 lifeguards to staff the new lazy river. My son and his buddies would love to work at a lazy river!

I LOVE Southwood. I especially love how we showcase the neighborhood to the community at Halloween. I love meeting our neighbors who don't live in the neighborhood. I view them as potential buyers here. The lazy river is a great chance to do that all summer long
