I have to drive twice a week to Idaho falls to go the climbing gym , in winter time is really dangerous, it would be fantastic if we have a climbing gym in Jackson please

It seems every year we are breaking record numbers of visitors to Jackson. I highly suggest we think about the future population and visitor growth and expand the climbing gym to accommodate.

When considering the space for a new climbing gym, I urge you to take into account the needs of the community of Jackson and Teton County, the population growth, the surge in popularity of climbing, the rich history of climbing and mountaineering in this community, and the fact that the Enclosure was 10,000 sq. feet. This is an opportunity to look forward and create a space suited to the current and future needs of the community; ideally, a space for small children and students to play and hone their technique, for the guiding community and high school climbing teams to train, for families to climb together in a rock-fall-free environment, for tourists to go on rainy and/or blizzarding days, and above all, a gym that is a healthy outlet for people of all ages and abilities. Please consider a space of, at the very least, 10,000 sq feet. Thank you for your time.
