We spent 10 days in Vancouver BC. Rented bikes, not a car. Their setup for cyclists is awesome and hope Indy can catch and someday exceed what that city has done.

I lived in Chicago for 25 years. While Mayor Daley was in office, he created an ordinance where all new construction in the Loop needed to provide a bike garage and shower/workout facilities. For the past 10 years, there has been a great increase in cycling to work and road awareness. One person can make a great difference.

Over half of my riding every year is commuting to and from work from Westfield to Stout Field through indianapolis. The Greenways are excellent, bike lanes could use work, but education of drivers would be most significant.

Cycling is very important to me and many in my community. We teally appreciate all the city has done thus far and hope to see continued progress. I can attest to the health benifits, increase in sales of bikes and gear. Please keep up the great work.

I would like to see more east-west bike safe routes on the north side - I live and work north of 71st and currently have no safe bike route to work.

I hope our new mayor is at least as bike friendly as Mayor Ballard has been. Thank you, Mayor!

we need smart streets accessible to all forms of transportation--not just cars. the bike lanes we have presently are not safe and need changed. Only further research and development in safe/smart street design will encourage more bicyclists and make us a truly bike friendly community

I've traveled over 300 miles this summer using bike lanes and greenways. Would love it see them expanded and more emphasis on alternative transportation. Great job so far, keep it up!

Please help make the roadways safer for bicyclists. I am a cyclist and a trauma chaplain at Methodist Hospital. I have worked way too many unnecessary cycling tragedies. I hope you will help make our roadways safer. Thank you.
