Governor Shumlin, thank you for understanding why the early years matter so much. Please work with the Kids Are Priority One Coalition, Building Bright Futures and other partners to figure out how to increase strategic investments in Vermont’s young children.

Early education is the best way to set these kids up for success later in life. My own kids benefitted so much from programs like these in Burlington.

VT needs to step up. Stop cutting corners on our future and put the money where it counts for once.
