Having hydrocephalus doesn't mean you don't have a brain.My daughter has Spina Bifida and hydrocephalus and most definitely as a brain.People should be informed correctly.

Hydrocephalus does not mean brainless! My beautiful, talented, clever daughter is testament to that. There is already too much pressure on mum's to terminate their spina bifida and hydrocephalus babies without lies and thoughtless scare mongering encouraged by the recent channel 5 programme. The boy with no brain. Our children are unique and entitled to a life and my daughter makes me proud and happy everyday.

My son is 4 years old and was born with hydrocephalus..he walks, talks, plays, goes to school..he has a brain and he is perfect

The suggestion that anyone with hydrocephalus does not either a) have a brain, b) has a smaller brain than normal size, or c) is born without a brain and then grows later is nonsense.
